Women's Bike Help please

I'm new to biking and will be driving on pavement and some off road biking on gravel and mud with bumps.

I am looking at the giant women's liv bikes. Either the tempt3 or the rove2 ... 2015 model.

Any advice on which would be a better bike?

The feel generally the same but the tires on the the pot are bigger and wider.

I don't know much about components are anything. They are both around the same price.
