Is the online store "Pedal-Bike" legit?

I've been looking to buy a 2013 Bianchi Via Nirone with Campagnolo Xenon. It's been hard to find because it's discontinued, but that's Why I was a little suspicious of the fact that this website had so many and all the sizes in stock. That and the fact that one of their bikes was on sale for 1 dollar. (List price was like 1,300) I just wanted to know if anyone had bought from here and been scammed or received a defective/counterfeit bike. The link is

    Pretty much what I was afraid of, thanks guys. It is my first time actually buying a road bike since the one I have now is a Panasonic sport 500 from like '82 or something, I dug it out of my back yard and slapped some tires on it. I got excited when I saw these in stock but I guess I better start looking in real stores again.
