Suspension to Rigid Advice

I've got a Cube Ltd Pro that has RockShox Reba RL 100mm forks but I want to change them for some light rigid forks.
Would the On One Monocoque for be suitable? http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FOOOTCF4709 ... arbon-fork and would I need to buy a new headset?
They also do another model but I'm not sure what the difference is - http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FOOOSCF4709 ... arbon-fork
Any help would be great.

No need for a new headset if the forks have the same fitment as your current one, which is? (Plain or tapered?) If its tapered you just need a crown increaser to take the tapered crown race.
What A2C are your current forks (sagged riding position), the difference would look to be the paint, but on-one have a habit of strange listings so it may well be identical!
Good forks, but what usage will it be for?Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Absolutely no idea, been out of bikes for years and only picked the bike up last week. It will be a commuter and occasional trail bike, so I want to make it light which I've already start to do with new handlebars, seatpost and stem. I want to do the forks and then wheels, I'll then look for XTR bits n bobs on eBay.
This looks like the exact model - http://mountain-bikes.gearsuite.com/l/3973/2012-Cube-LTD-Pro0 -

That looks like a straight steerer, not tapered (it doesn't bulge out at the bottom). A 100mm fork will have a 44/45cm axle to crown (A2C) measurement when sitting on it (about 47cm when not).
If the above is true your better off going for the 45cm on one fork with straight steering tube or go for an Exotic one.0
