    I didn't think a rider could enter another race after abandoning one that was still running. Maybe there are different rules for King Tomeke in Belgium.

    More different rules for Tommeke in Italia. A rider in that situation needs permission from the organisation of the race he abandoned from. RCS gave him permission to ride in Belgium
