Changing pads and which pads on Hy Rd

I have the above brakes on my bike and am thinking of getting new pads just to improve the lever feel as I am not too happy with the amount of travel.

Can someone recommend which pads are better to get - mainly for commuting?

Also how do I change them, is it relatively easy?

Changing the pads will NOT affect the lever travel - the pads are (if installed correctly) self-adjusting in fractions of a millimetre.

Yes, simple to remove / replace - just Google for instructions. Took me 5 seconds.
