Help please wanted identify MTB disc pads ??

Hello, im new to all this, but I have a fairly pleasant mtb, with a front disc brake, I was changing the disc (rotor ?) so I thought (like a car) i'll change the pads, I have attached a photo cant find anything that looks like them, can someone help please, many thanks, btw im 46, poor and go to the shops on it.

*** Im trying to attach a picture but is keeps saying the file size is too large any idea what the max file size is ? cheers
