Dura Ace 7900 Jockey Wheel Set compatible with 7800?

Hi,

The bearings and teeth on my 7800 10pd rear derailleur wheels are getting a little worn, does anyone know if the 7900 wheels are compatible?

    Yes. If it wasn't for the label on the packet I wouldn't be able to tell them apart.
