Started off with a Claude Butler Kylami (?) Bike, stripped down and destickered into this:

Mostly came off pretty easily aside from the BB which required a fair bit of wrenching:

These are the original wheels off the bike:

The front is still running pretty smoothly but the rear's bearings are shagged, so will be picking up a cheap rear wheel with a cassette fitment to aid the SS conversion.

Including - Clubroost bars, FSA stem/rudder, quill to threadless converter, the btwin seat i removed from the Triban 3 and the original seatpost.

Great bit of kit!

So parts being ordered are: new crankset, new bb, new rear wheel, new brakes, ss conversion kit, new chain and maybe eventually some new tires.
