Best budget light?

I'm looking for a widespread powerful light(s) (handlebar) for about £40, does such a thing exist or do I need to spend £100s? Any suggestions are appreciated thx

I have 2 of these - 1 on my bars and one cable-tied onto my helmet.. I bought spare batteries at the same time but haven't run out of charge on them yet - though they were pretty dead after a 6hr ride on full power...
