Tyres - not as described

Hi,

I bought a pair of used Conti GP 4000's via this forum. They finally arrived after over a month of waiting, yet when they did only one of them was as described.

I asked the seller (at least twice) to confirm that neither of the tyres were flattened/squared off and he assured me that they were still round in profile and not squared off/flattened (through being well used).

I've contacted the seller to let him know of my disappointment but so far I've not had a response.

Is there any recourse I can take - or do I simply put this down to experience?

    There is no recourse on here apart from you to name the Member so that other buyers may be aware.

    Ok - that's as I expected.

    I'll refrain from naming the seller until they've had fair chance to respond/suggest/take any action.

    Failing any positive/satisfactory outcome I'll post a comment.
