handlebar extension for flat bar
Since my wife has been rebuilt after her crash her right arm is a couple of inches shorter even though she is made of titanium.
The problem is her reach is different and this makes her twisted on the bike.
We're looking for something so she can hold the handlebars in different positions, any suggestions?

Something like these might fit the bill. They have a 45deg bend that would allow you to position one at a different angle to accommodate her arm discrepencies

She has been using ergon grips for the past few years.
Her right arm is bent and works out about two inches shorter. Her left wrist has a titanium plate too and does not flex as much.
We ended up buying a Specialized Vita Carbon (from a very nice man in Calais) so the length of the top tube was much shorter than her Condor so she sits more upright and reduces the pressure on her arms.
We now need to sort the reach on her right side so she does not sit twisted on the bike.Oh and please remember to click on my blog:
