caliper tension too high

Is it possible to loosen caliper spring tension with Axis 1.0 brakes? Both front and rear are quick hard to lever in the brake. Just cleaned them out and oiled which has helped slightly but still stiff. Cables and levers are fine.

Just get some better rim brakes, seriously... looks like you have another victim of a major brand cost cutting exercise.
