Chain slaps when stop pedaling?

HI,
I have a shimano Ultegra 6800 drivetrain with DT Swiss R23 wheelset, all pretty new.
For some reason the when i stop pedalling after a spring for example the chain slaps on the chain stay?
Also, when walking with the bike the pedals move around with the wheel?
Why is this?
