I have to take issue with your review of the above, which finishes with the comment "For considerably less outlay than the Propel you get a great frame, good components and Shimano Ultegra." Eh? My Propel Advanced 1 was £1650 with Ultegra (throughout, unlike the Fuji. So have you got it the wrong way round or are you comparing a different version of the Propel?! Either way, your review needs to be right because a lot of people make decisions based on them.
I demo'd the Fuji 2.5, whose price is nearer the Propel's, and thought the frame looked stunning, but the ride to me was noticeably more harsh than the Propel. The 2.5 has a compact crankset and Evans made a big deal about changing it to a semi because it would need an adapter. I also didn't want a black bike, like 90% of the bikes on sale, so I went for the Propel because it was nicer to ride and cheaper.
