Frame concern
Need advise please.
My 6mths old Cannondale 2015 Synapse developed a creak at the frame to headset area, took back to shop to look at, but after getting it back, creak still evident. On further inspection, found an area at top of frame where meets heasdset was worn with sharp edge & paint removed. Again returned to shop who have managed to cure creak. The reason they gave was that the headset had been over-tightened. There has been no attempt to rectify the worn area. I have also mailed Cannondale, but at this time had no reply. I would like advise on where I stand in relation to the issue.
