A-d-b-l-o-c-k* Plus in Chrome. It failed to automatically remove the 'Promoted Adverts' but you can select elements to block manually yourself.

*You can't type it in here... else it says..

Another advocate of Adblock here. The added benefit of it blocking most of the spam stuff but any "promoted" ads can be easily removed (once it's done they don't appear again) by right clicking, highlighting the area to be blocked and then pressing "remove". It's that simple. Great piece of software.

    Hi guys,

I appreciate that advertising can be frustrating sometimes. We are trying quite hard currently to remove any of the obnoxious ads we have had (a lot of which are gone now) and integrating the sleeker ones into the site as best we can.

Without adverts, there simply is no BikeRadar. We get all revenue from adverts and as such blocking them will do one of two things:

    1. Require more adverts
    2. Site would close down entirely

If there are any adverts in particular which are causing you issues, please use the 'Feedback' button at the bottom left of the homepage screen. All feedback is read and we will try our best to ensure an equilibrium of adverts/content is reached where our content is kept top notch and advertisers can have their content shown without disrupting the usability of the site.

    Many thanks,

    Chris
