Morning my fellow interneteers, how was your weekend?

Saturday was filled with kids football, constructing raised beds in the garden and booking a last minute holiday to Egypt flying out next Monday.

I think a trip to Decathlon for some fins is in order and I need to dig out the dive casing for my gopro for some underwater photo action.

Sunday was tainted by a trip to buy some trainers for the boy and me, why oh why does he have such big feet, size 5.5 trainers are £42. Size six of the same are £72...

Perhaps in years to come he will be glad of his big feet if the adage is correct.

    Missed this/didn't show. oops

    oh well

Back to the office, avoided the football this weekend as I spent it with a lovely young lady. Probably for the best given Gerrard's day didn't go as many expected.

Bought a new car, had too much to drink and eat, now time to see what fun I've missed.

I wondered where you thread had gone. What did you buy, is it as embarrassing as MattH's new car?
Monday morning, windy and moist. That's just the effluent, don't get me started on the weather.
Have a slight feeling of impending doom, can't imagine why. Busy at work which is dull. Pesky retail customers getting in the way of my traders.
    More tea...

Embarrassing in a different manner, nah I'm ok with it, seemed fun to drive. 1 series hatchback 118i, 170ps version. Got it for what I felt was a nice enough price (far less than an A3 and similar to a golf with similar age/milage).

Yeah I deleted my shame. Imagine a world where those retail customers just went to your traders eh. I'm on my 3rd mug of tea today. Unusual for me as it is normally coffee, could be the massive pack of chocolate digestives I bought though

Which bike? But no, I don't cycle to work and I was brought up not to talk to strangers or go south of the river!

No you just post dodgy pictures of you going dogging.....as I can't think of what else you'd be doing in a field...

    Sa3235234434636 - nice wheels

Today has been a decent swim and a really productive day at work. Tonight has been packing to go on a residential with the eldest on Wednesday and then more work whilst drinking prosecco - my life is so cosmopolitan (ish)

Is it me or was there a conspiracy to get rid of the conspiracy thread?

The forum is busy tonight. Good to see you back sae15w40. How's the cyclo cross training coming along?

Nope, I'm going to a 'Global Tax Conference' in Vienna for the last 2 days of the week - technically it's work as I'm getting paid for it but it doesn't really count. That's not very 'Boro' is it :)

I was referring to the grammar. I don't know what the hell you're on about. Must be due to the terrible concussion you got in Wales.

    Laters.

Get some better deck shoes than 5.99, maybe a pair of Sperrys.

CX is going well, you know how everyone loves the smooth roads of Mallorca, well I found the roads more suited to my CX bike or one of Stevo's loves. I refused to turn back and just took off my shoes and hitched the bike over my shoulder. Started out ok, then got worse
