Magura Louise Calliper Leaking

HI all, my 2008 Magura Louise front brake Calliper has started to leak and apparently you can't get the seals for them to self service so do i have to replace the calliper for a newer model and still use the 2008 Louise brake leaver or do i have to replace the whole set i.e., calliper, leaver and cables for new?
Im not too fussed about sticking with Magura so would another brand calliper work/fit with the Louise leaver or would i have to replace the whole set i.e. Shimano set?
