Sidi Genius 5 Pro Mega

I got a pair of these for £100 from winstanleys a year or so ago and wish to god now I had bought three.
Great shoes - perfect fit for me - but none left in my size (41-41.5).
Can anyone tell me what the current equivalent is in the Sidi range - i.e., what superseded them?

    Wiggle and Bike-discount.de have the Genius 5 Fit Carbon Mega for £140 or thereabouts. Nice wide shoes but the insoles are rubbish.

    OK thanks - how do they compare to mine - better / same / not as good?
    I know mine were massively discounted from >£150 (think it was something to do with them using the UCI's champs logo on the heel!)
