Hi all

A bit of advice please. I have a carbon HT and just wonder what do I need to use for grease/paste for inserting my seat post (alloy seat post) into my carbon frame and for my carbon handlebars attached to Non carbon stem.

Thanks

    Use carbon assembly paste.
