P***tures on inside of tubes

Keep getting visits from the fairy on the inside edge (ie spoke side) of my tube. Wheel is recently rebuilt handbuilt. At first I thought it was due to a poorly located rim tape (bike shop's fault, not mine) but even after correcting this it happened again :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: . Any ideas?
It's just a hill. Get over it.

    Change the rim tape.

    Spoke end poking through? Bit of swarf type sharp stuff trapped/embedded in tape? Either way remove the rim tape and check the spoke ends ( maybe they used one that was too long?) and replace it with new velox rim tape.
