Saddle Pack for Single-rail Saddle?

Saddle packs(bags) are historically configured for hanging from two rails as that's how saddles were. Can anyone recommend a bag that would hang straight from one of the single-rail saddles such as the Selle Italia models please? Looking to carry spare tube, levers, multi-tool and inhaler. :?:
