Oh joy, gross misconduct uncovered...........why do people have to be dishonest?

Resource squeezed already, more work pouring in...

Just another day but the weather looks dry for my sportive on Saturday with a bbq after and my wifes birthday on Sunday. Light at the end of the tunnel.

What did you do and how did they find out?

This morning promised so much but delivered so little. Somebody came in to ask me about specialist oil for Bristols. Unfortunately it turned out they meant axle oil for old cars.
Not much else going on, I have a mild hangover as is traditional for me on a Thursday. It's somebody's birthday so the call has just gone out for cakes. I am now in possession of a home made chocolate chip muffin, all I need is a cup of tea to go with it. bunking off early today then have various bits of running around to do this evening.
    Onwards and upwards...

startling return to form for the weather today. Is it just me or has it been unusually windy this year (the weather that is nothing to do with me!)

On the plus side replaced the bottom bracket on my commuter bike last night and it seems to have solved most of the odd noises it was making so thats good, not sure the rain will have done it much good though!

    Evening Lycra Lovers,

Can't believe it's nearly the weekend - although another long trip North beckons. One last pedal for the week tomorrow so rain had better stay away (just stopped here). I also need to remove a few kg of mud from The Panzer and my MTB kit at some point.

    Evening Nook supports

Cleared 3 weeks back log of cans today. Some bean counter can tot it up. 495 cans per bale, 58 bales and a river of syrup. Just me and one loyal minion. Amazing how much work can be done with so little fuss without loons.

All clean and tidy too. The council are planning to re roof the gulag. I'll believe it when I see it. I suppose that if Juve can reach the CL final, anything is possible.

Pedalling tomorrow. No work. Wahey. Gorgeous weather here and clear skies right now.

    Laters.
