Garmin HR monitor

Purchased a garmin HR monitor to pair with my Edge 500

Display shows HR sensor picked up, but does not display the HR % for each ride

Downloaded 4 rides and only 2 recorded my average heart rate :cry:

Any ideas how to fix this ?

    I have had the same issue with my 500 when using the HR monitor on the turbo. Heart Zones work fine but percentage is just blank.
    That is when selecting Heart Rate % and Heart Rate Zones to display on the Garmin.
    Although I have never had issues with heart rate average being displayed in Garmin Connect or Strava.

    Have you set up the heart rate zones on Garmin connect and downloaded them to the 500?
