Is My Frame A Goner?

The wheel on my Cube Agree GTC has not sat straight in the drop outs for a while, not quite enough for it to hit the frame but it is pretty close. Having looked at it the driveside dropout for the axle is damaged. IT has worn quite a bit so axle isn't a tight fit and can move forward which causes the wheel to naturally sit angled to the left.
As it is a carbon frame is this terminal?
Have found bike-discount.de selling just the frame but it is £200 so thought i'd see if there are any less costly solutions!

What I was thinking. Depends how worn it is, but some kind of washer stuck to the drop out with JB Weld perhaps if its simply worn down a bit. Or try another skewer with sharper serrations that will grip betterWyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

How old is it? Surely that shouldn't happen. Any scope for a warranty claim?0

My brother is now on his 3rd litening for this exact issue. There was also another on the LBS with the issue.
Cube replaced the frame (twice) and LBS swapped parts over, no cost to my brother.0 -

That's interesting, do you know if he contacted cube directly or went through the shop he bought it from?www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -
