Specialized Air Tool replacement valve and cap?

Some total dirtbag at our house - who isn't admitting it - has messed around with my Air Tool and lost the rubber inner and screw cap from the head.
Has anyone on here replaced these parts, either bought over the counter or salvaged from other lesser pumps?
I've been on to Specialized, and they say I can buy a complete replacement head for £5, which is fine, but they're out of stock until September :-(
