The title says it all.
Doing a complete post winter strip down and service.
Is it worth doing anything to sealed bearings. (Whyte T130S).

I've got a tool called "the greaser" which squeezes new grease into cartridge bearings, great if they are still OK. Otherwise its fairly cheap to replace them.

Not unless they're gone. Just knockout and replace if they have.

Sealed and cartridge is not the same thing.
Cup and cone can be sealed, cartridge may not be.
    Most are.

Cartridge bearings are sealed for life. Trying to service them can damage the seals and reduce their life. Just replace them when they are dead with some better quality enduro bearings.

Tey are not sealed, there are seals but sealed would imply water cannot get in which of course i does.

I think the more appropriate term is 'shielded' bearing.

No, that would apply to bearings with no attempt to create a continuous seal like cheap cup and cone hub bearings, sealed means that, it doesn't mean the seal can't be bypassed using force.

RMSC not all cartridge bearings are sealed, silly thing to say!

My e13 bottom bracket bearing was seized solid, after freeing it, completely cleaning it and re packing it with grease it's still going strong almost a year later

True but I have never seen unsealed bearings in a bicycl.
