Bergamont Bikes?

Hi

Anyone got any experience with bergamont, namely the prime 4.4, my local shop has them on offer at present and i really like the colour but haven't really heard much about them. Is it worth the £640 price tag. any advise would be greatly appreciated

Bergamont bikes are fab bikes, i currently have 2, a 14 year old hype pro and a year old Roxtar 4.0. These bikes are notoriously well made and beautifully finished. i ride every day and they have never let me down. after riding a mates £1500 cube Ltd carbon i would say that both bikes feel about the same but for a significantly lower price tag. The only thing i would say is that their frames can be a bit on the heavy side but are much stronger than a lot of other brands.
