Which kit for new frame?

So, I've just ordered a custom 853 Curtis hardtail frame (can't wait)
I'll be re-using the following from my very old Santa-Cruz
DT Swiss 120 Forks
Easton carbon bars and stem
26" Hope/Stans wheels
Hope brakes
But...
Do I go for a dropper, and if so which one
Do I stick with the (very old) triple XTR Groupset I've already got, or go single front, and if so which cranks/mech
Too much choice, and two months to think about it
