    Very touching.

Yep, got to hand it to you. Its pretty good.

We have a rescue dog (he would have been 'rescued' a thousand times over had we not been first in the Que though) and its so rewarding.
The litter was rejected by the mother and handed into Dogs Trust.
He landed on all four paws but we are the lucky ones. He is a little star.

... the Android commercial is "cute" but it sells the phone... whereas MY GREATEST TV COMMERCIAL IN THE HISTORY OF HISTORY actually graphically illustrates EXACTLY what to expect when you rescue a dog!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, I think I posted this here before so forgive, but here is my... rescue (from October of 2014) found abandoned ON TOP of a child's slide in a public park in the wee (before sunrise) hours of the morning

It's a great ad and it's great to see poor, neglected dogs housed, but...

there are too many dogs - and for that matter, too many cats. We are all into speciesism. How many of the estimated one billion UK farm animals slaughtered each year feed domestic pets?

20-30% of stream pollution is caused by the toxins from untreated dog waste, plus there's the E-Coli risk, etc. Cats wipe out bird populations. Yes, there are too many of us humans, but people having 3 or 4 dogs or cats is not exactly free of implications. Breeding dogs when x percent get abandoned and breeding cattle to feed these dogs seems crazy sometimes. Why is it that those who abandon dogs are allowed to become dog owners at a later date, perpetuating an avoidable cycle?

Your pet rescue ad is good.
But this is possibly one of the best adverts ever.

    Cheers WS.
This one is probably a little more skilful if you can watch in a high resolution and see what he does clearly.

... the ad, by it's very nature suggests that

A: If you love dogs, you will understand.
B: If you don't love dogs after this ad, there is something SERIOUSLY 'EFF'd UP about how you were raised.

never mind the genocide which is happening in at least three countries right now, and the poor struggle of migrants crossing into Europe, at least weve rescued dogs. yay.

    Why is it 'never mind'?
Who gave any indication of rating one over the other?
Why do you seem to assume people who rescue a dog do not help humans too?

Guessing you have done loads towards the two topics you mentioned then?
Whatever time and money people have spent rescuing dogs, you would have surely have had to spend at least 10 times that amount on them for your comment to be valid.
