Shuffle Sunday Thread

Shuffle as in running a 7 mile off road race this morning. Kind of regretting 60 mile camp bike ride, along with gym & swim as my body hurts.

There is a 1 mile family run before the main event which I've now entered as the kids want to do it. After all this fresh air its balance time and off to a mates for a party - going to be messy

    Morning mud pluggers,
    Traditional slow start to my Sunday followed by bacon butties so all is well with the world. Going to have a bit more of a potter in the garage then go round to see my folks later. Taken the last of my steroids this morning but disappointingly I'm no more muscular and don't feel as though I could smash all the Strava records around Richmond Park whilst in a drug fuelled frenzy. In fact I'm still coughing and wheezing which sucks big hairy donkey balls. Maybe beer later would help, it would at least put things in a better light.

    Afternoon Wasters,

    Was going to play tennis with a mate but it got rained off so we drank coffee and talked bollox instead. Now following the Chelski game on the radio while waiting for lunch to get served. Then its a bit of Dad's taxi work - while the match is still on :roll:
