London Ebay account selling stolen bikes

A week or so after having my bike stolen, I found it stripped on ebay. Unfortunately the police threw out the case because I didn't have a serial number despite CCTV and payment receipts for the custom build for all components. Ebay additionally didn't give a T*SS. I'd have had better luck buying it, arranging collection and driving my car at him with the accelerator fully down.
