As you may know, In June several of us ere crudders will be taking part in the second Crudcatcher Coast to Coast Challenge in aid of Cyclists Fighting Cancer. They are a small charity that provide specially designed bikes to help young cancer sufferers recovery by providing mental and physical stimulation.
To raise money, our challenge is to ride 200 miles, off road and over mountain from the Irish Sea to the North Sea over 4 days. Each day has a climb of a mile in height as we pad over the toughest terrain of the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire Moors.
Please dig deep and sponsor us for a fantastic cause at http://www.Justgiving.com/crudcatcherchallenge or Gazlar will come to your house bothering you for your dinner money. If you can spread the news where you are, everyone wins!

Cheers
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

I want to hear more tales of suffering before I dig deep.
Bizarrely I think that looks like fun and wish I was doing it, even if you are all young whippersnappers. I think I said that last time too.0 -

Good luck guys. I've done it on foot and after 6 years I still suffer from the injury I sustained on it.0

Can't do the ride but I've chipped in a few quid. Best of luck lads (and lasses?)"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0
