White Rose Classic - space still available

Yorkshire! - host of the 2014 Grand Depart and home of the much loved White Rose Classic.
Firmly established as one of cyclo-sportives 'must-do' events, and a true classic in every sense of the word, The White Rose Classic will take place on the 28 June 2015. Starting and finishing at the beautiful spar town of Ilkley and at £30 per entry offers superb value for money.

Offering you a choice of 3 fabulous routes; 110 miles, 84 miles and 50 miles, and taking you through the heart of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, it really is a showcase event for the very best the beautiful Yorkshire Dales has to offer.

The epic long route takes in the fearsome climbs of Norwood Edge, Fleet Moss and Garsdale Head, finishing with a final 'sting in the tail' over Langbar.

The event headquarters will be the fantastic new facility at Ilkley Rugby Club at the edge of Ilkley, providing changing and showering facilities, parking, food and drink and camping.

    i did this a few years ago. it's a great ride and well organised. i don't do many sportives these days though due to prices.

    is this actually £5 cheaper than last year?

    It is much better value than the Tour de Yorkshire Sprotive. The food stops will be better as well!

    I love this ride... great route, lovely people, wonderful atmosphere... but will we get potatoes this year?

    Just a quick one to confirm my statement above. Rode the White Rose Classic yesterday. What a ride!

    Despite the rain and winds it just goes to prove how a great course can be satisfying whatever the weather. I ride plenty of sportives and this is has to be one of my favourite routes. Stunning scenery (even in the mist!), a balanced course with great climbs and very few main roads, excellent feed stops and after race nourishment, and the friendliest organisers around!

    Kudos to Ilkley Cycle Club! If I didn't live so far away I'd be a member...
