It seems my Rockshox Pike 454 dual air U-turn forks are loosing negative pressure. I've narrowed it down down to simply needing a new valve on the bottom left leg but I thought I may as well service them at the same time.

Can't be exactly sure, but that looks pretty much like the one I bought from TFTuned for my old Pike. I also had a leaky valve-core on the -ve and just borrowed one from an old innertube until I got around to a service.
