Smallest chainring on Rotor 130bcd?

Hi there
I have a Rotor crankset with 53/39 Q-rings on 130bcd which came with my Power2max. It's fine and I love them for usual UK riding, but having been to the Alps these last few years on a double, I wondered whether I would be better off switching to smaller chainrings temporarily (whether oval or not; I'm convinced it makes little difference).
Can anyone tell me what the smallest I can go to is? I *think* 38t is the smallest Rotor sell in 130bcd, but:
a) that doesn't feel like it would make a huge difference, and
b) I guess I would also have to swap out the large chainring too, and
c) they would both need to be Q-rings or NoQ rings?
Thoughts much appreciated! Can I use a smaller non-Rotor chainring with the Rotor crankset? I'm loath to not have the power data to pore over of an evening!
Cheers

For a 130 mm BCD crankset you can use anything from 38 and up, Q or no Q.
Not much difference with the 39 indeed (for me not worth the cost.)
You can keep the large ring if you like.
IF the rotor set has an interchangeble spider you can swap it for a 110 mm BCD one and 33 will be the smallest.
Easyet and cheapist change is a cassette with bigger cogs.0
