pike compression switch not working

I don't know why but my 3 position compression switch on my pike fork has stopped working.
A little while ago it loosened up a bit but I pinched it back up. Not sure if it's been playing up since then or not? I just noticed the problem today. It is currently set in open no matter where you put it so the bikes still rideable but would like to sort it out.

I got one back for warranty today. Not sure what the issue is, but you're evidently not the first.

It's probably not tight enough and is just rotating on the knurled mounting.
