Rapha Service - How to Keep Customers

There's an issue with the RCC printing on the Rapha club pro team shorts where the lettering is cracking (exactly like my Castelli ones in fact). Rapha have proactively emailed everyone telling them:
1. They will be getting new shorts but, to ensure quality, this will take up to 12 weeks, so...
2. Here's a credit to buy a free-of-charge pair of bibs of your choice in the meantime, oh, and by the way...
3. You can keep the pair you already have

So, for my bundle purchased pair of bibs, I will end up with 3 pairs of bibs (I chose thermal for my complimentary pair). That's customer service that it is hard to argue with.

    Have picked up a lot of free stuff from a similarly sized boss who had an addiction to rapha that way.

    Something wrong the stitching usually. Never was, but he got a free one, so I got the old (usually unused) one.

    FWIW, I'm getting the same cracking on my 3/4s raphe bibs, but I bought it from a pro and not the shop so I guess I can't complain ;).

    A real Raphaelite would take cracking as a sign to replace anyway 8)

    I did wonder if it was my awesome thighs causing the issue (imagine my disappointment when I discovered it was a fault... :wink: )
