Will a Campag 10spd front mech work on 9speed?

As per the title. presumably a 10spd front mech will work ok on 9spd? Will it be an issue if it is QS one?

It works... the cage can be a bit narrower and rub, but you can always use a 10 speed chain, which works fine on a 9 speed setup
