What would I need to make the Dura Ace 9000 STI Levers work, just a rear mech or the complete drive train.

Front and rear mech plus chain.

Unfortunately not- Shimano changed the lever pull ratio for 11 speed shifting compared with 10 speed and below meaning you need an 11 speed rear derailleur too- but an Ultegra one (or even 105!) can be used fine.
Similarly the front derailleur has had some changes so the 7900 front derailleur won't shift very well with the 9000 levers.

The 10 speed chain rings should be fine though.
