Hi guys,

So I've been looking into buying a road bike 2nd hand. I've been chatting to a guy who is selling a 2012 defy 4 for £200.

The chain etc is looking worse for wear and the history is unknown so would offering him £150 be a sensible offer? I'm looking to change a few wee bits and bobs on it anyway but thought I would get some advice.

Cheers
Craig
Mountain biking is the bicycle version or rallying, except you don't need a Co-Driver!

Try it and see. £150 would be cheap, sold listing on eBay show minimum is around £200 usually.

Yeah this one was up for £200 but I asked him if he would do £150 and he said that "seemed fair"

I'm just worried it's been nicked as he said he only wants his money back, looks in no bad condition.
