what's the current faves?
South of England conditions, so hardpack or loose over hardpack, plenty of roots, very slippery if damp but quick to dry. For XC and trail riding (not racing). Good edge grip required, I go fast downhill!

Have they improved their tubeless compatibility and puncture/cut resistance? (I haven't tried them for a couple of years and wasn't impressed then but am willing to try again if they are better!)Trail fun - Transition Bandit

No problem running them tubeless.
You can get the tougher sidewall ones if you want....the very lightweight ones are a bit fragile.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Or Thunder Burt if you want faster still. Break away quite easily under braking, but that's their only downfall I've found.0
