Ultegra 11 speed with 105 10 speed chain set

Just a quick question to check compatibility. My girlfriend is currently running a full 105 groupset on her bike that she got at the end of last year (a Merckx EMX-1.) Is it possible to run some new Ultegra 6800 wheels with 11 speed 6800 cassette with that chainset? I realise I will need to change the lever to 11 speed and the rear derailleur (and the chain,) but will the chain set still be OK? If it wont run, which spacers will I need to put her 10 speed 105 cassette on these wheels? Many thanks in advance for any help.

    yes, 9/10/11 speed chainset all fine with 9/10/11 speed cassettes
