What torque for braze on front mech?

Just wondering what torque the front mech bolt needs to be tightened up to?/

i think shimano suggest 7nm and 5nm for sram.

5nm should be enough and you can always stick in a little carbon assembly paste between surfaces for a little extra grip.

With anything like that only tighten it so it doesn't move.
