I have 400 to spend and would prefer to get a good condition second hand bike than a store bought brand new bike for higher quality.

If i were to buy it i'd still have over 200 to spend on upgrades and repairs.

I would say it's genuine, factor in replacing the whole crank and bb as you probably can't buy them arms separately.0
