Hello,
I'm looking to buy new Scott CR1 10 2015. I'm not sure on my frame what size to go for 54 or 56ish.
I've included my measurements in competitive cyclist fit calculator:
Inseam: 80,5 cm
Trunk: 67 cm
Forearm: 35 cm
arm: 63 cm
Thigh: 60 cm
lower leg: 58 cm
Sterna notch: 152 cm
total height: 181.5 cm

I'm 6' with a 31" inside leg and ride a 56. You sound like a 56. Why not test ride and see which you prefer?0

I,m 5'10" with a 31" inside leg. My CR1 was a 54, but I rode with a 130mm stem as it felt a bit cramped with the standard 110mm stem.0

I'm between M/L stem lenghth is in 54 and 56 110mm. The dealer advice me to go for 54/M. But i realy dont know .0

Think you've got to ask yourself how are you going to ride this bike/what type of rider are you.
@5'10" and 15st for recreational rides a medium with a 12cm stem and saddle all the way back on an inline seatpost was a perfect fit for me. Now I'm a lot lighter and a lot 'sportier' im having to use a slammed -40 stem and would probably fit a small better.0 -
5' 91/2" , 32" inside leg, 54 CR1 with a 100mm stem and I'd say I felt like I was approaching my limit.0

Looking at standover height and inseam alone , i'd say 54cm, despite of shoes ^ ^0
