Epping Forest Routes

Morning All

I'm going to be around Epping on Sunday afternoon and will be able to squeeze a cheeky ride in before work. I've found a couple of routes via google which are a few years old so wondered if anyone has any more up to date.

I'll be starting from around Gunpowder Park and looking for a round 15-20 miles/1.5 - 2 hours
