Bib undercrackers...?

Does anyone know of any bib undershorts available for a reasonable price?
I've used standard padded bib shorts under my baggies but they're a bit too warm for summer and they're also slippery so my shorts need regular pull-up stops!
The only ones I've seen are the Giro New Road type and they fall down on the reasonable price criterion.
