right this is just getting silly now, coppers need to be better at catching these guys and doing more preventative stuff like actually walking the beat...
My mate Chez just got his double locked shed broken into (its in view of at least 10 houses as well) and they stole all his bikes. In a nice wee village called Strathblane in rural scotland and from the sounds of it during broad daylight.
They were - Rose roadie -
Rose pro sl 2000. it had new tyres (I think gatorskin Continentals) and a few scrapes where he went down on the road, black with green highlights - only a couple of months old (he is gutted)
Specialized hardrock sport -29er - missing a back wheel (in at Als Wheelcraft getting fixed ) standard bar a ground control rear tyre - bike was well used as a commuter, 2014 model I think, will be a little bit tatty in places.
Giant ATX MTb - very old school, black and yellow - we rescued this, did a major refurb on it - fitted x5 2x10 sram/gpx chainset, clarks hydraulic brakes, cranks brosthers joplin seatpost and bar/stem its also a small so looks tiny. Totally unique bike and had a lot of man hours invested in it.
