Land access in England campaign?

Is there any group campaigning for land access rights in England, the same as applies in Scotland? The IMBA UK seemed to have been until 2014 but their website hasn't been updated since then. I'd like to be able to ride quiet rural footpaths without fear of harassment by walkers or dog owners, so would like to add my voice to any campaign that may be ongoing.

A worthless campaign that, while honorable, will get nowhere, ever, in England.

People would still have a go at cyclists in the countryside even if it were legal, anyway.

    Tried..many times...failed...many times.
They are however going to look into building more BWs/cycle paths.....in 2026.I have this in writing for HM Govt themselves

There were various representations to the powers that be in the 80's but to no avail.

Upgrading footpaths to BWs was a drain on scarce local resources, was one excuse.

I once calculated that 250 miles of new BW could be built for the cost of one mile of motorway.
Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"
